PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

We offer green sand castings, sodium silicate(water glass) and resin sand casings in both ferrous and non-ferrous materials.Perhaps the most common green sand castings would be made from either grey iron or ductile iron. We can supply these castings from approximately 0.1Kg to approximately 15000 Kg and up to 6000mm x 2500mm x 2000mm in size for the largest part. Molding methods range from floor hand molding, jolt squeezer lines and automatic molding lines. With this variety of molding methods we are able to accommodate the weight, size and quantity the customer requires. Steel sand castings are available both as green sand castings and sodium silicate or resin sand castings, and are available in plain carbon, low alloy and stainless steels. In the category of sand castings the smallest available part would be approximately 0.2Kg while the largest would be approximately 20 tons for sand casting and 5 tons for resin sand casting.

Product Details

Steel castings smaller than the 2Kg range would be made as a water glass casting (see Investment Castings ).Non-ferrous sand castings are also available. The molding process used is green sand and we can accommodate requests for castings weighing from 0.1 Kg to 100 Kg. The alloys that are available include copper base and aluminum base alloys.Please check the technical specification sheet for all materials available.

First article layouts and spectrometer material certifications are provided with all first article samples. Specialized inspection reports can be done per customer request.

A variety of secondary operations can be performed on both types of sand castings. They include heat treatment, machining, plating, painting, polishing and buffing, assembly services and even custom packaging.

Q1:Are you a factory or trading company?

A:We are a factory located in Qingdao city. It will take one hour to airport. Welcome all our clients come to visit us.

Q2:What equipments do you have ?

A:Our factory owns a full set of machining and inspecting equipments, including large CNC machining center, sodick EDM, CNC engraving machine, laser cutting machine, bending machine, laser welder, radial drilling machine, milling machine, CMM, etc.

Q3:How does your factory do regarding quality control?

A: We test product quality from the very beginning to the very end. Our QC measure and check all the moulds and final products with CMM or other inspection tools regularly.

Q4:Can you produce according to the samples or the technical drawing?

A: We have professional engineers who can well study samples and drawings. So we surely can produce according to your samples and technical drawings.

Q5:How to order?

A: Step 1, please tell us what model and quantity you need;

Step 2, then we will make a PI for you to confirm the order details;

Step 3, when we confirmed everything, you can arrange the payment;

Step 4, finally we deliver the goods within the stipulated time.

Q6:Delivery Time?

A: Sample order: 1-3 days after receipt of the full payment.

Stock order: 3-7days after receipt of the full payment.

OEM order: 15-35 days after receipt of the deposit.
